Webpass can bring our service to you in a matter of days. There are three steps required to add a new commercial property to our network.
Schedule a Site Survey.
A Webpass representative will come to your office to determine if we can add your commercial property to our network. Webpass will need access to the roof of the property, the telephone riser pathway, and a typical telecom closet. The entire process takes about 45 minutes and you will get a technical yes or no answer before the Webpass representative leaves the property. Obtain Right Of Entry.
The property owner or manager must sign a Webpass Right of Entry (ROE) to allow Webpass to install our system at the property. The ROE is a one simple straight forward one page document. You can download a copy from this link.
Install Webpass Equipment.
Webpass will schedule the equipment installation with the property manager. Typically installation takes a day or two of work inside the property. Webpass will install a
new antenna on the roof
, data cables from the antenna to the top floor telecom closet, and Ethernet equipment in the top floor telecom closet, and low voltage cable from our equipment to your suite. The work is limited to these areas and will not disturb other tenants in the property.
Webpass can bring our service to your residential property in about 30 days. Once the property is on our network, residents can sign up for service using the sign up button on our website. Webpass will install the service free of charge to the Owner or Home Owners Association (HOA) if the property has 100 units or more.
